Leave within 4 Metres of Nature Strip with no obstructions for the truck to collect. Bags must not be filled above the rim – It is at the driver’s discretion to charge for over filled bags or bags filled with inappropriate material. Payment in full is to be made prior to collection, if payment is not made at time of collection or collection cannot be made due to obstructions or hazards a $50 charge will be incurred. The driver’s responsibility will cease at the kerbside of the address stated. If he or she is asked to enter onto private property the owner shall provide a safe and adequate access and not withstanding will pay for any damage or cost that may result there from.
